Cenkos facilitates one-to-one meetings with the fund managers of investment companies, some of who may be corporate clients of Cenkos.  Cenkos does not limit the meetings to a particular group of clients. Subject to availability, all clients who would like to meet with the fund managers will be given the opportunity. Typically fund managers are happy to meet with investors to set out their investment strategy for the investment company. Cenkos therefore acts in an arranging capacity rather than being a gate-keeper for access to investment companies. It is Cenkos’ view that such events will continue to be permissible under MiFID II inducement rules.
