Montanaro strengthens Investment Team with two hires and expands investment in AI

We are delighted to welcome two new Analysts to the Investment Team this July: Ed Jeans and George Waldon.

Both bring outstanding experience in Small & MidCap investing and emerged from a highly competitive recruitment process, further strengthening our team dedicated exclusively to the asset class.

Ed joins from Business Growth Fund, where he focused on investments across private and quoted UK Small & MidCap companies, having previously held roles at Majedie Asset Management and Liontrust.

George joins from Sarasin & Partners, where he was a Global Equity Analyst, following earlier experience in impact investing at AXA Investment Managers.

Please join us in welcoming Ed and George to Montanaro.
